Can I buy spare parts for my sunglasses?
We do stock replacement parts, however availability may depend on your style. Please email us at info@ryderseyewear.com.au with your parts inquiry.

How do I make repairs?
Temple Tips & Nose Pads
To attach temple tips or nose pads to a frame, remove lenses to avoid getting glue on them. Please use a gel based super glue, or and allow to set for at least an hour before replacing the lenses and wearing them again.

How do I clean the lenses?
First, blow off any dust or grit particles. Gently wash with a little mild dish washing liquid and warm water, then rinse. Gently wipe dry with a soft cotton cloth or lens cleaning cloth. Do not use paper towels, tissues or any other wood fibre paper product or lens sprays.

Are the lenses scratch-proof?
All our lenses are resistant to scratching, but none are scratch proof. Scratched lenses are not covered under our warranty policy.

Ryders care!
To maintain the life of your sunglasses we suggest that you always keep your sunglasses in the cover/case provided when purchased. Do not rest your lenses against any hard surface. Do not leave the sunglasses exposed to direct sunlight under high temperatures such as the car dashboard of car seat. Always make sure your lenses are free from dust and grit before cleaning them. Avoid wearing your sunglasses on top of your head for long periods of time as this can stretch the material or can cause extra strain on the hinge area.

What does the warranty cover?
Ryders sunglasses are warranted by Ryders Eyewear Australasiafor one year from date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. We will replace or repair at our option, free of charge with proof of purchase, any sunglasses found to be defective during the warranty period.

The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper use of the product.  Ryders Eyewear are not covered against scratched lenses. All our lenses are made of impact absorbing material and made of scratch resistant (not scratch-proof) material.

Ryders Eyewear will determine if a product is covered by our warranty after our inspection.

This warranty applies to items purchased at an Authorised Ryders Eyewear dealer or this website.

Are all lenses 100% UV?
All Ryders Eyewear lenses Provide 100% UV protection.
